What is peace?

Governments and individuals engaging in open dialogue and working to solve differences through negotiation rather than violence.

Is Peace necessary?

The question we should ask is- Is War necessary? Current US military actions in
Iraq and Afghanistan cost $100,000 a minute and divert money from essential
services like housing, medical care, and reviving our own crumbling infrastructure.

   Is Peace possible?

Peace is the only alternative. The explosion of the atom bomb in 1945, and
stockpiling of nuclear weapons ever since ushered in the capability to destroy
the world thousands of times over.  It is time nations and individuals put aside their religious and cultural differences and work for peace and reconciliation.
